Returns and replacements
If you are not satisfied with our product, please write us within 14 days after the order is delivered. The item cannot be tested or used in a way which is decreasing its value.
You can choose either money return or replacement of the product.
We will arrange a return shipment or you can send back the purchased goods within 14 days.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Kun En in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of 12 months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Kun En covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
